Academy Objectives	Education provides students who are interested in developing the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young children and youth with learning opportunities that prepares them for careers in the field of education, primarily in early childhood education and as PK-12 teachers. Liberal Arts aims to provide students with a broad and comprehensive education that encompasses various disciplines, including humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences. Human Services opportunities for students interested in general health care, social sciences, personal and human services.

Real world experiences give students a glimpse into the life of a teacher as they create developmentally appropriate experiences and lesson plans as well as work with area PK-12 schools. Pathway Objectives	Students apply knowledge learned through practical scenarios involving crime scene investigation, criminal investigation, and crisis intervention. Students explore trends in correctional standards and in identifying and preventing terror threats. Students respond to situations caused by simulated terrorism, accidents, and natural disasters by managing resources such as medevac helicopters, emergency medical personnel, technical rescue teams, and community-based organizations. Students will become familiar with the procedures, equipment, and technologies used by current fire departments.
Pathway Description	The Law, Public Safety, Corrections, and Security pathway prepares students for careers in law, public safety, and security. Responsibilities may include protecting people from harm, crime, or natural disasters. Job opportunities range from public safety officers to legal services.
